Refund Policy
How refunds, cancellations, billing errors, and trials work for DeployTo.Dev subscriptions.
1. Trials
If a free trial is offered, cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges. Charges after the trial are non-refundable unless required by law.
2. Subscriptions
- Renewals: Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle.
- Cancellations: Cancel anytime; access continues through the paid-through date.
- Mid-cycle: We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.
- Plan changes: Upgrades or downgrades take effect as stated at checkout (e.g., immediate with proration or next cycle).
3. Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days. We will investigate and correct verified errors.
4. Service Issues
If you experience material, ongoing service issues caused by us, contact support. We may, at our discretion, offer credits; credits are not cash and apply to future invoices.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us to resolve billing issues before initiating a chargeback. Unresolved chargebacks may result in suspension.
6. How to Cancel
You can cancel in-app via account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellations are effective when confirmed.
